Founded in 2024 by Peter Yusufi and Pavel Phan Hoang Nam, SONA Real Estate was born out of a desire to bring a new perspective to the Czech real estate market. With roots in Afghanistan and Vietnam, and experience spanning continents, Peter and Pavel combine global insights with a deep respect for tradition. At SONA, we’re building more than just structures; we’re creating legacies that stand the test of time.

Peter Yusufi is a dynamic real estate professional with a rich blend of international experience and a strong grounding in the Czech market. Raised between the Czech Republic and the United States, and educated in Switzerland, Peter has always had a global perspective that he brings to his work.
With over a decade of experience, Peter has made a name for himself in the real estate industry. As the former General Manager of Sotheby’s International Realty for the Czech and Slovak markets, he led the company to record-breaking sales, including the highest-priced residential deals in the region. Before that, he founded Kahn Properties, where he transformed family-owned assets into a thriving portfolio of luxury rentals in Prague.
At SONA Real Estate, Peter’s focus is clear: to create spaces that people love to live in. His deep understanding of design, combined with a keen sense of market trends, allows him to develop projects that are both beautiful and practical. Peter’s hands-on approach and commitment to quality ensure that every SONA project is something special.

Pavel began his career in real estate as an advisor at Savills Vietnam, specializing in guiding overseas investors entering the Vietnamese property market.
Throughout his career, Pavel has built a strong network of local and international business leaders, investors, and industry professionals. His experience, combined with these relationships, has been key to successfully navigating the complexities of real estate development and investment.
Pavel is driven by a solution-oriented mindset. His mission is to identify and structure opportunities that generate returns for SONA real estate and its partners, while creating lasting value for the broader community.
At SONA real estate, Pavel emphasizes the importance of building relationships with all stakeholders. He ensures that every project or collaboration is grounded in aligned vision and shared business goals. Pavel believes that deep market knowledge and assembling the right hands on team are essential to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Originally from Vietnam and raised in Prague, Pavel has lived and worked in Sydney, Munich, Dubai, and Ho Chi Minh City. This international experience has broadened his network and informed a variety of approaches, positioning SONA real estate with a competitive advantage in the Czech market.
